Email Transfer 

For data exch­an­ge can be recei­ved by e‑mail up to 20 MB

WeTransfer 

https://farbpraxis.wetransfer.com/ is a free-of-char­ge WEB data trans­fer plat­form via which files up to 2 GB can be sent to 1–20 reci­pi­ents wit­hout any com­pli­ca­ti­ons (the only one sen­ding and at least one recei­ving email address are requi­red). The data is tem­po­r­a­ri­ly stored for two weeks via cloud com­pu­ting, i.e. trus­ting the WeTrans­fer ope­ra­tor wit­hout direct access from the sen­der. CD/DVD

By post or mes­sen­ger ser­vice — out­side Vien­na also by cou­rier service. 

Opti­mum qua­li­ty of your digi­tal source data:

Color and graysca­le images should be:

  • Color pro­fi­le
  • of the requi­red out­put size
  • reso­lu­ti­on of approx. 300 ppi and
  • ide­al­ly deli­ver­ed as a TIFF file.

Logos should be deli­ver­ed as a vec­tor file and EPS,
whe­re fonts are con­ver­ted to paths or atta­ched as a cha­rac­ter set file.

Fonts should always be sent com­pres­sed (Stuffit/Mac or Zip/PC),
becau­se they are bet­ter pro­tec­ted from dama­ge cau­sed by Inter­net ship­ping programs.

Coll­ec­ted lay­out data for final art­work and litho (PDF crea­ti­on)
should include the final art­work docu­ment with all images, gra­phics, and fonts.

PDF data for pro­ofing should be used in pdfX-1a or PDF/X‑3 and PDF/X‑4 incl. infor­ma­ti­on about spot colors and their CMYK color values. Plea­se always spe­ci­fy the prin­ting pro­cess for which the pro­of is to be made. If you do not give us a prin­ting method, we pro­of for sheet off­set on coa­ted paper.
