WeTransfer
https://farbpraxis.wetransfer.com/ is a free-of-charge WEB data transfer platform via which files up to 2 GB can be sent to 1–20 recipients without any complications (the only one sending and at least one receiving email address are required). The data is temporarily stored for two weeks via cloud computing, i.e. trusting the WeTransfer operator without direct access from the sender. (For more details, see Info on the operator’s site.)

By post or messenger service — outside Vienna also by courier service.
Optimum quality of your digital source data:
Color and grayscale images should be:
- Color profile
- of the required output size
- resolution of approx. 300 ppi and
- ideally delivered as a TIFF file.
Logos should be delivered as a vector file and EPS,
where fonts are converted to paths or attached as a character set file.
Fonts should always be sent compressed (Stuffit/Mac or Zip/PC),
because they are better protected from damage caused by Internet shipping programs.
Collected layout data for final artwork and litho (PDF creation)
should include the final artwork document with all images, graphics, and fonts.
PDF data for proofing should be used in pdfX-1a or PDF/X‑3 and PDF/X‑4 incl. information about spot colors and their CMYK color values. Please always specify the printing process for which the proof is to be made. If you do not give us a printing method, we proof for sheet offset on coated paper.
